1. Who processes the data

The “Trading Pro” website (“we”). For any privacy questions, message us on Telegram @Alxtrading_support.

2. What we collect

• Account: e-mail, name (if provided), password — stored only as a PBKDF2 hash; we cannot see it.
• Google sign-in: from Google we receive only your name, e-mail and the technical ID of your Google account. We have no access to your mail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
• Course access: payment status, date access was granted, a payment note (amount, invoice number).
• Devices: login date and browser type for each device you are signed in on (up to 3 at a time).
• Messages you send to support on Telegram.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details in hosting logs and for brute-force protection.
• Visit statistics: which page was opened, the time, country, device type (phone or computer), language and the site you came from. No cookies are used for this and the IP address is not stored — instead we use an anonymous code that changes every day. If you are logged in, lesson visits are linked to your account to track your learning progress.

3. Why we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and unlock paid lessons.
• To protect against password guessing, fraud and account sharing.
• To answer your support requests.
• To understand which pages and lessons are useful, where visitors come from, and to improve the course.
• We do not use the data for advertising or make automated decisions that affect you.

4. Who receives the data

• Cloudflare — website hosting and account storage.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.
• Tron and BNB Smart Chain blockchains — payment is a USDT transfer directly to the course wallet; transfer data (sender address, amount, hash) is public on the blockchain by its nature.
• Telegram — if you message our support.
• Quote sources for the price ticker (Binance, OKX, Hyperliquid) — your browser contacts them directly; no account data is shared.
• We do not sell or rent data. Authorities receive data only on a lawful request.

5. Browser storage

The site stores only what it needs in your browser: the login cookie, chosen language and theme, course progress and the latest quotes. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

6. How long we keep data

• Account data — while the account exists; it is deleted when the account is deleted.
• Payment details — up to 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution.
• Technical logs and protection counters — from 15 minutes to 30 days.
• Visit statistics — up to 180 days.

7. Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash. Only the site administrator can access student data.

8. Your rights

• You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, change your password in your account, or ask us to delete your account — message us on Telegram @Alxtrading_support. We reply within 30 days.
• You can revoke the site’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

9. Age

The course is intended for people aged 18 and over.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
